Any diet that a person has, should consist of a large amount of fruits, vegetables, unrefined grains, beans, lean proteins, as well as mono and polyunsaturated fats. Furthermore, losing weight includes reducing the portion sizes of food that we would normally eat. By doing this we allow the digestive system to work at its best, since it is only able of processing a small amount of food within one sitting.
